The MASGAMES XYLO wooden swing is made from square-cut Nordic woods. The XYLO swing is a structure constructed without metal corners, with a system with woods and screws joining the legs with the longbow making a stable, strong structure. The mounting is a bit longer than the swings that come with corners but thanks to not having the slackness that corners have, the swing has less swing. Square cut wood has fewer cracks than round wood. This swing structure can be configured with different combinations of seats - 2 flat plastic seats and ropes - Mixed seats: 1 flat seat + 1 baby seat with backrest with adjustable ropes (different color combinations) The seats can be swapped for any of the ones you will find in our section of swing accessories. The dimensions of the XYLO swing are as follows: 315 cm (long) x 140 cm (wide) x 220 cm (high). Thickness of wood: cross-section: 88 x 88 mm. Feet: 68 by 68 mm. Maximum recommended weight per seat: 70 kg Includes anchorages for sand or grass floors What is the difference between round or square wooden swings? Wood of square cut has as its main characteristic a lower presence of cracks and splinters. The square cut of the wood further limits the appearance of these cracks, which although they will continue to exist, are less noticeable. Square wooden swings are even more stable than round wooden ones. This is because the metal corners of square wooden swings, by their nature and mounting, minimize the possible horizontal swing that can exist with round wood for the same reason. The difference between the two cuts is aesthetic, and the greater or lesser presence of cracks is something eligible for aesthetic reasons, but which in no case will influence the quality, reliability, strength and safety of the swing.
